Why it's more rigorous than what you accept today
The hard part isn't delivery — it's proving the right person actually did the work. Certa is built around that:
✓Identity verification — confirmed at the start and re-checked during the course.
✓Engagement verification — periodic interactive check-ins; a participant can't log on and walk away.
✓Tamper-evident audit trail — every session logged, timestamped, and append-only (cannot be altered or deleted), fully reconstructable on audit.
✓Credentialed supervisor-of-record — a qualified human oversees and signs each completion with their credential number.
✓Curriculum fidelity — instruction is delivered from an approved, version-locked curriculum authored to recognized standards.
Privacy by design
Verification stores derived flags only ("identity confirmed", "attentive") — no facial geometry or webcam frames are captured or retained. Participants give informed consent at enrollment, and an accessibility / no-camera fallback is provided. (Designed to align with biometric-privacy laws such as IL BIPA and TX CUBI.)
What you receive per completion
✓A completion certificate with participant, case reference, hours, completion date, supervisor credential number, and a cryptographic signature.
✓A formal Letter of Completion and a completion report delivered to your department, with a verification summary.
✓An independent public verification link on every certificate — confirm it yourself, no account needed.
✓On request, the full audit trail for any session.
Disclosure
Courses use an AI-assisted presenter to deliver the approved curriculum under the supervisor-of-record's oversight — disclosed in full. The human supervisor remains accountable for every completion and certificate. Acceptance of online delivery is at the discretion of your court or department; we're glad to provide a sample certificate, report, and audit excerpt for your review.
